Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) governs all orders placed with SAINT MILLANO. By purchasing from our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.


1. Order Processing

All orders are subject to verification, quality control, and packaging protocols prior to dispatch.

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays shall be processed on the next working day

  • SAINT MILLANO reserves the right to delay or cancel orders due to:

    • Payment authorization issues

    • Stock unavailability

    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

No liability shall be assumed for delays arising from the above conditions.


2. Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro cities: 4–6 business days

  • Non-metro locations: 5–8 business days

  • Remote or restricted areas: 7–12 business days or more

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions or unforeseen logistical constraints

SAINT MILLANO shall not be held responsible for delays beyond its control.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be calculated at checkout

  • SAINT MILLANO reserves the right to:

    • Modify shipping charges without prior notice

    • Apply additional charges for remote or high-risk delivery zones

All shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.


4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, customers shall receive tracking details via email or SMS.

  • Tracking updates depend entirely on third-party courier partners

  • SAINT MILLANO does not guarantee real-time tracking accuracy

Any discrepancies in tracking information shall not be deemed a service failure.


5. Delivery Protocol

  • Deliveries shall be made to the address provided at checkout

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate and complete address details

In case of:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Customer unavailability

The order may be:

  • Returned to origin (RTO)

  • Cancelled without refund of shipping charges

Re-shipping may incur additional fees.


6. Risk & Ownership Transfer

All products shall remain under the responsibility of SAINT MILLANO until successfully handed over to the customer.

Upon delivery:

  • Risk of loss, damage, or theft transfers to the customer

  • SAINT MILLANO shall not be liable for any issues arising post-delivery


7. Partial Shipments

SAINT MILLANO reserves the right to:

  • Split orders into multiple shipments based on availability

  • Dispatch items separately without prior notice

No additional shipping cost shall be borne by the brand unless explicitly stated.


8. Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

If an order is returned due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Then:

  • The order shall be classified as RTO

  • Refund shall be processed only after deducting:

    • Shipping charges

    • Handling fees

    • RTO costs

In certain cases, SAINT MILLANO reserves the right to deny refunds entirely.


9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Customers are strongly advised to:

  • Inspect the package before accepting delivery

  • Record an unboxing video as proof

If the package appears tampered:

  • Do not accept delivery OR

  • Report within 24 hours with valid proof

Failure to comply may result in claim rejection.


10. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • International orders may be subject to:

    • Customs duties

    • Import taxes

    • Local regulations

All such charges shall be borne solely by the customer.

SAINT MILLANO shall not be responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Seizure of goods by authorities


11. Force Majeure

SAINT MILLANO shall not be held liable for failure or delay in delivery due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • War, strikes, or civil disturbances

  • Government actions or restrictions

  • Pandemic-related disruptions


12. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall SAINT MILLANO be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Delays caused by third-party logistics providers

  • Loss arising from incorrect customer information

Liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of the order.


13. Policy Amendments

SAINT MILLANO reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
